Welcome to PA 4 Sex-Based Rights, a publication with the singular goal of preserving and protecting the sex-based rights of Pennsylvanians. We will be publishing information and calls to action about the fight for sex-based rights.

Here is a draft of our platform.

1. Biological sex is real, binary, and immutable.

2. Women are human biological females. Men are human biological males. The state of being a woman or man is based on biological sex not ineffable feelings of feminity or masculinity.

3. Sex is observed, not assigned. 

4. Every person has the right to the safety and privacy of single-sex spaces, including but not limited to restrooms, changing rooms, locker rooms, bathing facilities, and prisons. 

5. Every person has the right to compete fairly in single-sex sports.  

6.  No person is trapped in the wrong body. Gender Ideology, which asserts this dangerous idea, should be banned from schools and other public institutions.

7. Gay men are homosexual males. Lesbians are homosexual females. Homosexuals have a right to assemble and socialize without the presence of the opposite sex. 

8. Gender nonconformity does not require medical correction, and puberty is not a disease to be cured. Prescribing unnecessary medication and mutilating surgeries in response to gender nonconformity should be banned. 

9. People have a First Amendment right to speak facts, including acknowledging a person’s biological sex or that someone has changed their name. 

10. People of faith have a First Amendment right to express the idea that God does not put souls in the wrong body. 

11. Males are statistically more likely to commit sex crimes than females, therefore crime statistics must be collected on the basis of sex rather than gender identity.
