Completely aside from any group-specific controversies like this one that could arise, publicizing the meetings creates the opportunity for ANY FUTURE POTENTIAL CONSTITUENT WANTING A MEETING that they might have to say No or Not Now to, to see that brag and say "OHO, you can meet with THEM but not US?? WTF??"
Who wants unnecessary headaches like that?
Maybe they just like to keep most constituent meetings unpublicized, not necessarily SECRET just not WIDELY ANNOUNCED in general, for practical political reasons like that.

Brag all you want about going a-lobbying and having appointments with reps, just leave off the specific list next time maybe.

Yes, I know that’s true. I didn’t vote GOP because I think Trump and his enablers are such an extreme danger, and because the trans cult isn’t the only political issue on the table, but I understand.
I have already made the decision that come the next elections, if the Democratic Party doesn’t wake the fuck up, I’m going to withhold my vote entirely. I have written, repeatedly, to all my reps — federal, state, and local — telling them so. I have voted in every election since 1976, but I’ve had it. They didn’t learn their lesson in 2016 or 2024, so apparently they need to be slapped in the face again.
Next time maybe try Senator McCormick's PA staff Ryan Aument. He did respond to me even though we were still not able to get a meeting. No worries though... Senator McCormick knows how dangerous gender ideology is for women and children. He has been very outspoken about it. Thank goodness we have someone on our side!
What I hate the most is how little concern the Democrats have for women and children. They lost an election because of it. I refuse to believe that they are just ill informed. They are supposed to be smart people. Can't they read? I understand the general population who only get information from mainstream media but I will not let our elected leaders off the hook. I believe that they do know the harms of gender ideology but because they live in their left wing bubble, they have all become denialists. The Dem party has become nothing more than a delusional cult.

Advocacy groups for all kinds of issues advertise their meetings. We are no different. Here in DC everything is going very well! Stay tuned!

I voted Dem in 2024 for the same reasons you did. Orange Man is extremely dangerous for our secular democracy.
