Woo hoo!!
Here are two paywalled articles about the new policies. Is anyone familiar with these newspapers?
The Citizens' Voice (Note the “rightward” in the headline.)
Professor Jeffrey Dodge, the associate dean for academic affairs at Penn State Dickinson Law school, said school boards were tasked in cases like that of Berwick Area with navigating an array of competing rights, including the free-speech rights of teachers, religious rights, parental rights, and the rights of the transgender students whom the policy directly affects.
WHAT ABOUT WOMEN’S AND GIRLS’ RIGHTS???
Throughout the article, author Christopher Doyle used GI oxymorons such as “sex assigned at birth” and “cisgender girls.”
Mr Doyle was also the author of this different article. He photographed some trantifa, including a TIM, in the audience holding a large original-design Pride flag. In this article, Mr Doyle suggested that most of the pro-common-sense side were religiously motivated. However, he quoted one religious pro-woman speaker:
Harper Stanley, a resident of Hollenback Twp. and eighth-grade student at Berwick Middle School, also endorsed the policies. She said keeping students separated in private facilities based on their sex assigned at birth [sic] was crucial in ensuring girls’ privacy, comfort, and safety at school.
…
“I don’t want biological males in the female bathroom. I do not feel safe emotionally or physically,” Stanley said. “This isn’t about excluding anyone, but making sure every student has private space where they feel safe and respected.”
Mr Doyle used pro-GI language in this article as well. Both of his articles are biased in favor of misogynists. Moreover, he states that any opposition to common sense is right-wing and/or religious. As we know, neither of these is true.
In other good news, Nationwide Children's Hospital in Ohio has stopped all “GAC” for minors.
FTC PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD STILL OPEN
We all know there was never any evidence sexually mutilating children had any positive benefit, and now FTC is investigating the “gender” butchers for consumer fraud. According to the site, tips include "any [relevant] written data, advertisements, social media posts, disclosures, or empirical research."
