October 10 is the real Women’s Visibility Day. Women have XX chromosomes. The Roman numeral X is 10. So the tenth day of the tenth month, October 10, is Women’s Visibility Day. Wear red today to symbolize how tiRED and boRED we are of repeating the simple fact that women are adult human females.
We sex-realists remind everyone that the typical female XX developmental pathway exists — and no, rare cases like CAIS and Swyer syndrome do not mean any male with a typical XY developmental pathway can put on a skirt, declare his name to be Lia Thomas/Laurel Hubbard/Lindsay Hecox, and whip it out in the women’s locker room. Our goal is to publicly and proudly exist as women and men who know what women are. How on Earth is this controversial?! (Your Author modified this paragraph by ROAR Women NYC.)
To recognize women and girls’ strength, Your Author has some recent articles for you.
First, 16-year-old high-school athlete Frances Staudt faces a civil rights complaint for refusing to play basketball against a male player. Ms Staudt is fighting back.
On February 7, [2025,] after warming up for a game, Frances told her coach that she refused to play against the “quite obvious” male on the opposing team. Her mom, Aimee, says Frances approached the school athletic director, who responded that the school will not discriminate based on sexual identity [sic] in accordance with Washington state law.
…
On October 4, 2025, Frances made news again, when she spoke out about protecting girls’ sports.
She walked out to speak at a rally and a group of men formed a protective circle around Frances so that she could safely speak about having to compete against boys. Activists tried to drown out her words with sirens. Frances refused to be silent.
Watch and share the video of the courageous Ms Staudt here. After a subscriber watched this video, she said
It’s disturbing to me how this is something that needs to happen to protect CHILDREN from supporters of trans ideology but there are still people out there who think it’s the men in dresses who are oppressed and victimized and it’s this GIRL who’s “harming” THEM.
Second, at this writing, eight California girls' high-school volleyball teams have forfeited matches rather than play against a team allowing a male player.
As OutKick previously reported, Jurupa Valley [high school] has been desperately trying to find volleyball opponents this season, as a slew of schools refuse to play until Jurupa Valley takes [male player] Hernandez off the court.
…
The biggest losers in all of this are the girls on the Jurupa Valley volleyball team. Rather than playing matches, they’re caught in the crossfire of a culture war where their school is clearly valuing the feelings of one biological male over the females on the team.
We salute the brave women volleyball players defending women’s sports! They are sacrificing their season to demand the fairness and safety they and all women deserve.
Finally, the US Department of Education has ordered Fairfax County, Virginia, the state of Minnesota, and the state of Connecticut to comply with Title IX after women filed complaints about men playing on women’s sports teams.
We hope that SCOTUS will decide the two cases about Title IX and men in women’s sports in our favor and end these travesties.
Dear Readers, please share more women’s victories in the comments. And wear red today!
Our joyful image for XX Day!
