Note: If you want to join WoLF in Washington, DC, from May 19-21, 2025, to lobby our US senators and representatives, please let WoLF know!
Can you help us meet with US Senator Fetterman?
Women's Liberation Front is headed to Washington, DC, in May to meet with Congressional representatives about protecting women's sex-based rights. We reached out to Senator Fetterman's office, but he said his schedule was too busy and he’s only willing to meet with Pennsylvania constituents.
Two of our fearless Sisters in Action from Pennsylvania then requested meetings with him as constituents. They were told his schedule was too busy to accommodate a meeting with them.
So he's not interested in hearing from feminists nor his own constituents?
Perhaps if Senator Fetterman heard from YOU he might change his mind! We're trying to meet with him on May 20th or 21st, and express our concerns to him about women's sex-based rights. He's publicly said he's an LGBTQ ally when he didn't vote to save women's sports. He got a lot of flak from feminists on X for that comment.
Is he also an ally to women's rights? Because it's sure not looking that way. Does he really want to disenfranchise female voters, LGB constituents who push back against being overrun by the trans agenda, and men who support women's rights?
You can use this contact form to send him your thoughts. Please encourage him to meet with Women's Liberation Front on May 20th or 21st, a meeting his constituents have requested and will be part of. Let me know if you get a response. I feel if he heard from a lot of you, he might shift.
Some good news!
Senate Bill 9 to protect women's sports in schools and colleges in Pennsylvania passed out of the Education Committee last week, and heads to a floor vote in the Pennsylvania Senate. It's a great time to contact your legislator and encourage them to vote FOR this bill! Pennsylvania girls deserve fairness in sports.
Kind regards,
Sharon Byrne
Executive Director, Women's Liberation Front
I wrote to him afresh about meeting with WoLF. I would place a large amount of money on him never changing, but I still support a meeting. The (real, grassroots) women's movement must keep trying to be heard, even if the only effect is to peak a few staffers and to make senators look bad for not listening.
I commend WoLF for trying. The more the merrier. Sadly, he refused to meet with detransitioners in DC and one of them lives in PA. When I dropped a large packet of information about detransitioners in his DC office, I received a stupid form letter in my email that said NOTHING about detransitioners. Therefore he either never got the envelope or just refused to look at it's contents. I agree we should keep trying. Bombard his office with calls and emails.
