Journalist Removed From Public Event at Planned Parenthood’s Rainbow Room

Planned Parenthood Keystone (PPK) operates two "Rainbow Rooms" for LGBT youth, both in Bucks County, PA. Recently, PPK ejected a journalist with the Delaware Valley Journal, which described itself as “an Insidesources Publication,” from a public event held in one of its Rainbow Rooms.

The journalist, Linda Stein, was in the audience at a panel discussion at PPK’s Rainbow Room in Doylestown. PPK advertised the event as a “Know Your Rights in Schools!” and “Open to All.”

Nevertheless, PPK asked Stein asked to leave.

Local resident Alix Paul commented “Basically, they’re saying that it’s open to the public, but then they’re saying no, only if you agree with us. If you have nothing to hide, why are you scared of the opposition? If you’re not doing anything wrong, why do you care if we’re there?”

In addition, PPK’s Rainbow Rooms received $630,000 in Covid relief funds. State Senator Steve Santarsiero, D-10, previously defended the grant called “Welcome and Safe: Strengthening the Rainbow Room’s LGBTQ+ Programming.”

Meanwhile, a trans-identifying male (TIM) is running for mayor of Downingtown, Chester County.

The male, who calls himself Erica Deuso, is campaigning on “public safety, environmental resilience, and a vibrant downtown.” The Philadelphia Gay News reported that Mr Deuso is running for Chester County state representative; however, his website states that he is running for mayor.

According to Mr Deuso’s website, Planned Parenthood Pennsylvania PAC and other organizations have endorsed him. Inexplicably, Her Bold Move, a group whose website claims “We are laser-focused on electing women to seats that have historically only been held by men…” sees no contradiction in endorsing a MAN.
