Interesting roundup of articles! I feel awful for those boys in Loudoun County. I had hoped that Loudoun might have used the last few years for some sort of self reflection and moves towards sanity, but I guess not.
Sadly, four school districts in VA have opted to lose federal funding rather than ban boys from girls' athletics and facilities. For example, Arlington has defended allowing a convicted male sex offender into girls' locker rooms:
It's sad that this all comes down to whether a school district can, and wishes to, do without federal funding. It's time for some rock-solid laws. I wish Lt. Governor Earle-Sears the best of luck!
