First, the good:
A TIM wants to drop his case against Idaho sports act. (Note the article’s language. Sigh.) “Lindsay Hecox” told USA Today that he “made the ‘extremely difficult decision’ to stop participating in women’s sports.” He wanted to run women’s cross-country for Boise State University. Did Mr Hecox come to his senses and realize that he is not and can never be a woman? No. He says that he has come under “negative public scrutiny” since he filed his case — which might actually be true — plus his father died in 2022. His ACLU attorneys have requested that the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals withdraw the ruling in Mr Hecox’s favor.
Yes, ACLU tries to stop its own transgender athlete Supreme Court case. The case, Hecox v Little, challenges Idaho’s law protecting women-only sports. In 2020, ACLU stated that this “hateful, unconstitutional legislation” was a “live controversy,” “an actual ongoing controversy,” and “not moot.” In 2025, however, ACLU wants to stop Hecox v Little.
Why, we wonder?
Probably because ACLU lost Skrmetti this summer. It knows that most Americans oppose gender ideology, especially men cheating in women’s sports. It has lost millions of dollars in contributions over its misogynist and homophobic positions. ACLU doesn’t want to look even more ridiculous and delusional than it does right now.
At this writing, the second ACLU SCOTUS case involving protection of women-only sports, West Virginia v BPJ, is still pending.
In other good news, Fetterman, Cornyn, Cortez Masto, Ernst Introduce Legislation Making Tax Filing Easier for Survivors of Domestic Abuse. Wow, Senator Fetterman actually does something GOOD for women.

Here’s the Senator Fetterman we know! Fetterman, Duckworth, Colleagues Demand Answers on Un-American Transgender Military Ban. Senator Duckworth is one of the Members of Congress who refused to meet with WoLF in May 2025. As for Senator Fetterman, we all remember what happened.
Finally, the WTF:
