One potential problem is that the UK Supreme Court did not explicitly define biological sex.
Nevertheless, the UK (a.k.a Terf Island) is far, far ahead of the USA on women’s sex-based rights and the protection of children from GI. Terf USA has much work to do here.
However, congratulations to For Women Scotland for their tireless work on behalf of women and girls! Woo hoo!! Common sense prevails!! What a concept!!
It's still bewildering that the courts have to be involved. Pretty soon they'll have to declare the Earth is round, water is wet and gravity exists. But I am very proud of our UK sisters for winning this fight and I hope our divided court sides with reality as well.
