Title IX Confusion Ensues in PA.

The recently touted injunction of the Biden Administration’s bananas Title IX rules has resulted in a block in many states. Still, the situation in Pennsylvania is more complex as this article in The Pittsburg-Post Gazette points out. *

If your child’s school has a parent who is part of Moms For Liberty, the school will be exempt from the policy for now.

This is measured good news, but if the fight is to continue, more groups and individuals need to get on board. If you’re part of any religious or social group fighting genderism, ask them about joining the lawsuit. If you’re an individual, contact Josh Shapiro’s office and let him know that you object to ending biological reality when it comes to Title IX. Whether it’s the current lunacy at the Olympics or the national spotlight, Shapiro has reason to listen. It remains to be seen whether he will.
