The Wolves in White Coats report (attached) included an appendix with two lists of institutions:
Cohort A: Institutions that billed for puberty blockers on a minor between 2021 and 2025 against a diagnosis of endocrine disorder (E34x).
Cohort B: Institutions that billed for puberty blockers on a minor between 2021 and 2025 against a diagnosis of precocious puberty (E301) where the patient was over the age of 13 (an age at which it is clinically impossible to have a diagnosis of precocious puberty.)
As explained in the report, this pattern of billing is indicative of billing fraud. True endocrine disorder is vanishingly rare and age 13 is too old to have precocious puberty. To the extent that an institution engaged in false billing of this type, they not only violated federal law, which the DOJ is looking into, but they may have violated state anti-fraud laws as well, especially with respect to Medicaid.
Using Grok, I have sorted Cohorts A and B by state. The resulting spreadsheet is attached. you have a contact with your state AG or a friendly legislator, you may want to pass this on with a suggestion that these institutions should be investigated for violations of state healthcare fraud laws or, if applicable, a state’s ban on pediatric sex rejecting procedures. [Emphasis added.]
A few notes:
- This information is obviously limited. It does not include surgeries or cross sex hormones. I don’t know if that info exists. I am trying to find out.
- The date range is wide 2021-2025, so depending on when your state adopted a ban on SRP, an institution’s inclusion on this list may not mean it violated the ban. However, it may be worth an AG or legislator investigating.
- I spot checked the spreadsheets, but Grok could have hallucinated some of the info. Double check it before you use it.

Sall Grover has lost her bid to have an Australian high court overturn a lower court decision that men are women if they say they are (essentially). Reduxx has written all about it. Now the situation is in the hands of Parliament to clarify that no men are women.
